ICL is excited about the promise and possibilities that the future holds! We continually look for new ways to meet the ever-changing needs of early career teachers, so keep your eyes on the horizon and watch for our new projects!

Future Projects

In the near future, ICL will begin developing the following programs:

  • Leap to Lead™: Some teachers in their first five years of teaching begin to think about becoming leaders. ICL offers a program that prepares teachers to gain foundational and practical knowledge on excellence in leadership.
  • Venture to Learn™: Some teachers in their first five years want to gain knowledge and skills to provide training to other teachers. ICL offers a program that prepares teachers to gain knowledge and skills on teaching adults and creating excellent professional development learning environments.
